Structured Development for Fashion E-commerce
We followed a brand-led e-commerce development approach focused on identity, usability, and scalability.
We analyzed Underdog’s target audience and product positioning in the Egyptian streetwear market, focusing on casual clothing such as hoodies, sweatpants, shirts, hats, and accessories.
We structured the catalog into clear categories including hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatpants, pajama sets, shirts, and hats & accessories to ensure smooth product discovery and navigation.
The design focused on a modern fashion identity through clean and minimal layouts, strong product imagery, lifestyle-focused presentation, and a mobile-first shopping experience.
We developed a fully functional commerce system including product catalog management, shopping cart & checkout system, product variations handling, and a scalable inventory structure.
We positioned Underdog as a streetwear brand focused on individuality and self-expression, modern youth culture, and a lifestyle-driven fashion identity.
